Each adult set is sized XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. XXS and XS are meant for the younger members of your family. XXS is about a Youth 10-12. If you are in between sizes...go up a size! These pj's are meant to be cozy and comfortable...you will LOVE them!
